​Goodr. provides services to healthcare and other service providers (“Providers”), enabling them to offer services to their patients. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect and use your personal information when you use the Goodr. Services.


We hope you will take the time to read this Privacy Policy carefully. By continuing to use the Goodr. Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy and the collection, use, disclosure, and storage of your personal information as described by this Privacy Policy.


The Privacy Policy is between you and Goodr. Health, Inc and its affiliates ("Goodr." or "Us" or “We”). If you do not agree with the Privacy Policy, please do not access or use the Goodr. Services.

1. Services provided​

Goodr. provides a software platform and membership program that enables Providers to offer their services directly to consumers and for consumers to purchase services directly from Providers. GOODR. DOES NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL, DENTAL, OR HEALTH RELATED SERVICES AND DOES NOT PROVIDE INSURANCE OF ANY TYPE.


​Goodr. takes the privacy of its users seriously and complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act.

2. Information we collect​

We collect information to make your experience, and the experience of others, better. We may collect the following types of information from you:

  • Basic      Information: We may collect personal information such as your name, date      of birth, telephone number, email address, zip code, login credentials,      and credit or debit card account information. We will also collect any      personal information that you choose to post on the Goodr. Services.
  • Health      Information: We may collect information about your healthcare needs or the      healthcare needs of your dependents. We collect this information when you      purchase Provider services, post content, submit information, or otherwise      communicate with us.
  • Device      and Usage Information: We may also automatically collect certain anonymous      information when you use Goodr. Services. This information may include,      for example, your IP address, your Internet browser and operating system      type, the date and time of your visit, and the URLs of other web sites      that referred you to us.

The Site is not currently configured to respond to Do Not Track signals.

10. Chidren's privacy​

Goodr. Services are not intended for persons under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect, maintain, or use personal information from children under the age of 13. If we become aware that a child under the age of 13 has submitted personal information to us through the Goodr. Services, we will immediately delete such information.
